About Me

My Mission:

I intend

  • to be a bridge between you and balanced body energy.

  • to educate you in a “whole”-istic approach to health.

  • to ask your body what it needs and offer support on your journey to optimal health.

  • to teach, guide and serve those looking for answers only nature can provide.

Sandi Tronoski, CHHP

My health journey began after the birth of my second daughter; I experienced severe joint pain and chronic fatigue. I struggled to care for my children and live an abundant life. I knew something was "off." I visited many doctors and several specialists who provided no real answers but kindly offered relief from my symptoms. I wanted more. Without clarity from conventional medicine, I was determined to find the answer.

A friend recommended an integrative medicine doctor. He immediately recognized deficiencies and imbalances in my body; he truly listened to what I was saying. I changed my eating, drinking, and movement habits with his guidance and encouragement.

My health returned, yet something was still missing.

In late 2014, abdominal surgery and a difficult recovery led me to an excellent Doctor of Chiropractic and his wife, a Traditional Naturopath. My healing, through their care, led to a friendship that developed into an opportunity to work in the natural health field in a supporting role as their practice manager. I observed and learned valuable information about how important it is to spend time listening to clients. Everyone wants to be heard and be a part of their healing process.

In March 2020, I was in a severe car accident that caused a brain injury. This injury led me to a Craniosacral practitioner who further expanded my healing journey and interest in natural health. My healing journey lit a fire in me. I have “been there” and understand the frustration of no one knowing what is wrong.

As a result, I enrolled in the Trinity School of Natural Health, which draws from ancient medical arts like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Homeopathy, and more, while applying a biblical perspective to all teachings.

In 2021, I used the knowledge I gained while working with an experienced Traditional Naturopathic practitioner. I gained much hands-on, practical experience and learned what I would and would not do in my practice.

I completed my professional certification in 2023. In late Spring 2024, I will sit for the board examination to achieve my Board Certification as a Traditional Naturopath.

I choose to board certify to ensure my continuous education, as acquiring the knowledge to help others is a lifelong endeavor.

My late entry into professional training (after raising a family) and many diverse job experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective of health and wellness. My background has also given me a healthy mindset about the circle of life.

It is a great privilege to use my training and life experience to provide personalized care to help you optimize your health and wellness.
