Consultation
It all begins with a 20 minute complimentary phone consultation.
Simply fill out the contact form and I will reach out to your for the best time to chat.

Evaluation & Plan
After the consultation, we will schedule (2) sessions and you will be sent an intake form to complete and return.
In the first session (90 minutes - in person), we will discuss the intake form, delve a little deeper and ask your body where it needs support.

In the second session (60 minutes - in person), we will discuss the results and create a plan of action.

What is your cancellation policy?
I will be as understanding as possible during extenuating circumstances. However, if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.
